Our journey began in 2011 with Pak and Nari, two sushi enthusiasts from Las Vegas, whose passion and quality standards laid the foundation for what Kai Sushi & Dining is today. In 2016, Sara and Zolo took the ownership, Sara brings her expertise in French and Japanese cuisines, while Zolo is formally trained at the Tokyo Sushi Academy in Japan. Their leadership has since drawn a team of exceptional chefs, including Taka Ayamoto, Buddy, Aku, Damien, Nomi, and Donna, each contributing to our collective mission of culinary innovation and excellence.
